Hmm…ooh, or maybe she’s equipment manager/team coach? Makes more sense than referee, as refs are meant to be impartial. :)
Well she’s wearing a whistle, so I figured she’d be the referee. I usually don’t watch this artist’s work because of me not supporting Flash Sentry/Twilight and Rainbow/Soarin but this picture and quite a few of his non shipping pictures are really good.
