I know this is a kids’ show, but…really…she’s already the Dolores Jane Umbridge of the series. Her being redeemable due to being a normal unicorn without corrupt magic and nothing but anger in her system would not make sense.

Personally, I don’t buy the “Changelings are Always Chaotic Evil” thing, but Chrysalis herself is DEFINITELY irredeemable.

Slightly unrelated: If Starlight’s back, I’d like to see the Dazzlings return, or at least get an explanation of what happened after they ran off. I think it would be cool if they returned in Friendship Games.

I have a feeling Starlight will be reformed. She’s not a gigantic threat to equestria. Tirek, the dazzlings and the changelings are irredeemable. Twilight just has to get through to starlight somehow.

Tirek, Sombra, the Changelings (unless you count that lone one in Slice of Life), and the Dazzlings weren’t reformed. In fact, the only villain that was reformed in something Meghan wrote was Sunset Shimmer.
