Yeah, wouldn’t want to much “panda rings.” Then people would complain endlessly. (Only one that kinda bothered me, was bringing Flutterbat back, but that was still amusing, and a nice episode call-back.)  
Funny thing is, Scoots previously dreamed about flying in a recent episode too.
 
I guess he kinda does look like him. It was kinda cool to see Ponyville band together to fight something for once, instead of just run away screaming from it.

Yeah. It would have been hilarious to see Noteworthy go all Cyclops, or the Cakes attack Tantabus (I think that’s its name?) with, well, cakes, and Vinyl with a giant bass cannon, but that probably would have been too much pandering to the fanbase.
 
Ditto on Filthy Rich. I also find the comparisons to Mitt Romney kinda amusing.

Still, it was nice to see them get to be badass regardless, and they did help hinder the evil entity’s progress, at least. (I already forgot what it was called.) So they weren’t completely useless.
 
I thought it was funny even Filthy Rich a character we never see much got to be “awesome” too. I like to think he’s not as “square/boring” as every pony seems to think he is.

I’m kinda disappointed that pretty much everything everyone but Luna did was in vain in the end.

That was awesome, but I was disapointed Sweetie & Bloom didn’t get to do anything.

Both this scene and the library scene made me cry.

I hope in a later episode she’s dreaming of impossible scooter tricks, when she realizes that flying would not make her any cooler than 100%, which she already is.
