Not the friends of the crown. They’ll be pardoned immediately, and be free. You can’t stop them from being free/immunity to prosecution unless you completely overthrow the entire Equestrian government.
Just because you’re above the law doesn’t mean you can commit crimes and get away with it; the law applies to everybody.
….And then Twilight pardons her. At this point the Mane 6 are above the law.

Seriously, though, how is Rainbow Dash (Or for that matter anypony) able to get away with crimes Scot-free? Are police forces like nonexistent in Equestria or something?
