Let R be a random region in three-dimensional space. In order to calculate the probability that Pinkie Pie is in this region, her normalized wave function is integrated over this region (using the differential volume element (d^3)r ). If this integral is always equal to 1, there is a 100% probability that she will be in an arbitrarily chosen region of space. In other words, she is everywhere at once, at all times.

Equation translation: Pinkies. Pinkies everywhere.

The only problem with this is that it assumes the probability of her being in any location in space is ALWAYS equal to 1, assuming that she is in all places at all times. The third derivative with respect to r is an interesting touch, though.

I don’t know about Opalescence herself, but anypony who doesn’t quite grasp the key word in “thought experiment” and tries to stuff her in a lead-lined box with a poison bottle is definitely dead.

This one I couldn’t figure out, without reading the description. The other ones were easy, but it’s been way too long since I seriously studied maths to figure this one out, without the help.

we’re talking about Pinkie Pie here, it would make more sense that the integral would be equal to 3.14159265358979323846264338327950288419716939937510…
