I don’t think that peg wings are that dexterous. If you want diaper changing to be a mouth-off experience, you gotta be either a unicorn or someone rich enough to get someone else to do it.

Despite whatever the writers & staff of the show, and the citizenry of Equestria say, it’s becoming clear by now Equestria is a matriarchy, as pretty much every position of power is held by a female, so to be honest, being a mare would actually be an advantage in their culture.

Magic can learned, and I’m come to the conclusion ponies are part Spiderman, given how they pick up things with hooves, or how Pinkie walked up the wall in Fluttershy’s house in “Filli Vanilli.”

Most of us can agree, ANYTHING but Earth Pony. After seeing that diaper changing scene in “Baby Cakes,” I believe no one would want to live a life where they have to do complex detailed mechanical actions with their mouth, especially things like THAT. Even pegasi can try to manipulate things with their wingtips, as shown in a couple of episodes, and of course, horned pone have da magics.

This is not democracy. The earth pony stallions are working on the fields, pegasi working at the weather factory and the gray and white stallions are soldiers… I guess.

Hey, we’re talking getting to live in a world with magic and awesomeness. And the occasional invasion by horrible monsters, but we’ve never seen any townspony explicitly die in one. And the mares run everything anyway, so being one would be to your advantage!

On a more serious note I wouldn’t mind the sex change into a female magical horsie if it meant getting to be a pretty unicorn mare or a cutesie pegasus mare.

I love the ponies and mlp but a sex-change would kill me. I’m ok with the stallion head shape, thx. :D
