Wow, this thread is old but anyway, I remember hearing in some trivia for one of the fighting games, (don’t remember which one) that this outfit was going to be an alternate outfit for chichi, and apparently it was left in the code of the game but you can’t use it, I didn’t check back if in the end it was included in the game, I have never played the fighting games, so I can’t confirm any of that.

Tenshinhan had a pretty good character arc too, in Dragonball. Unlike other villains/form-villains, he had to come face to face with his own wrongdoings and make amends personally before he could be considered a hero.

oh yeah bulma is ok, but like goku she has not a really change, they always were the same characters all the time, they were not ruined but not improved…  
and gohan was the best character in cell saga, but boo saga ruined everything
