Tim Kehoe. He creates toys. Also in the same article he said he somehow managed to make a bubble that bounced, but at the time he was just playing around with “This, that and the other thing” and had no notes of how to make it which I’m guessing would have been pretty painful, so he finally started noting what he did. It helps prevent making the same thing again too.

I don’t know if you ever heard of these but there was an article in a widespread magazine about 11 years ago which talked about them; they then hit the market about four years later. I never did get any but the idea’s still pretty cool.
