Reminds me of the situation I heard of recently. A well-situated family, the daughter finishes studies in dentistry. The family funds her a well-equipped office, but before she can start, she’s legally obligated to work as an assistant to an experienced dentist for a couple of years. Her solution? She hired one. She’s the owner and the employer but her employee is her employee is her boss.
She was her employee, since she owns the boutique, but she does have a management position, which while it means less when there seems to be all of two of them, would still normally be the highest rank as far as local business would be concerned.
