At that point, I usually feel some people only began to insult DP because of Horse-News’s Fox News-like post. I remember actually posting a MLPArtConfession about the controversy and saying that DP should be at least forgiven since he’s tried to move on from the controversy and improve himself.
 
One user (I won’t name because ya know, standards..) took such an offense of someone feeling DP should be forgiven that she posted her own confession saying “THIS IS THE REAL WORLD, NOT A FAIRY TELL, DP SHOULD NOT BE FORGIVEN”. Sure, applying apparent “logic” into a fandom that is into multicolored horses, yeah totaaally makes justification.
 
tumblr is just a site filled with insane amounts of drama, it’s not even funny. I just avoid it. The only time I ever endured drama involving the fandom was when I posted how I didn’t like FIW and Jennifer herself took some stupid offensive to that and suffice to say, we went into an all out argument with her followers.

It’s a shame. If I recall, Drawponies only originally got hate directed towards him due to his tracing of pictures that people were paying for, but I doubt that even half of the people who are flaming him now actually paid for anything he did.
 
And I don’t really know what PB did, but well, Tumblr is idiotic… lol, Tumblr is Tumblr, so that’s not surprising. Hell, I used to review MLP episodes and got a lot of hate for giving some of the episodes negative ratings, even though less than half of my reviews were negative. Even to this day, I still get hate for that on Tumblr despite having stopped writing reviews months ago.
