Silliness aside, I don’t think G1 Twilight would count because she’s not a direct counterpart; she’s similar, but not the same person, just like Fluttershy isn’t Posey. In fact, G1 Twilight could perhaps just as easily be said to correspond to Twilight Velvet, Twi’s mom, at least on design.
 
The only main characters with direct G1 counterparts are Applejack and Spike, IIRC.

Yeah, it gets more confusing when you’re talking about Princess Twilight after crossing through the mirror. Princess Twilight in the series, Human Princess Twilight in Canterlot High, and Human Twilight (or Sci-Twi) for the native human version. Who if she ever gets to cross through the portal from her end, will be….Pony Human Twilight? (Or Pony Sci-Twi)
 
We know they have portals that link to human-like worlds (although they still have little pony-type names and colourings). I wish they’d reintroduce the human world that Megan et al came from. :)
