Daybreaker so perfectly summed up Celestia’s own fears that I don’t really buy that Starlight’s imagination conjured it up. Not to mention:
Daybreaker doesn’t show up until Celestia does.
Daybreaker completely ignores Starlight and focuses entirely on Celestia.
Celestia’s “Never rise again” comment or whatever that was (I don’t remember the exact wording).
@Jarkes
Celestia straight up says that Daybreaker is Starlight’s dream. And Starlight does get shot at by DB and NMM. And Celestia says to them “you will never exist again”, as in Nightmare forms of alicorns, so really more to NMM. Up to interpretation though, I do enjoy the headcannon of Daybreaker being something running around Celestia’s mind.
I don’t think ponies were meant to be 100% perfect any ways, they have good hearts for the most part and the culture of Equestria is all in all be nice to others and have a good heart.
But perfection is impossible, to humans and ponies and this makes them more ‘human’?
Wanna someone with pure heart? I don’t know really, I actually would think more of Cadence and Shining Armor, they seem to have always had good intentions.
One moment she doesn’t know/believe in the force (the mystical power in the Star Wars universe that some are able to use), the next thing you know she’s able to expertly wield it with zero training at all
Yeah, that’s why it takes her three tries to get the mind trick right and she barely wins any of the fights she’s in, and those are almost all entirely because of extenuating circumstances. And they repeatedly point out that her posture in her lightsaber fighting style is terrible.
The more I see people call Rey a Mary Sue, the more I’m convinced that people don’t know what that means.
Yeah, it’s not like Kylo was wounded and emotionally compromised from killing his father… oh wait.
Also she couldn’t do a thing against Snoke and failed to convert Kylo.
Also, Luke was able to use the Force to destroy the Death Star after he had only known about it for two days at most. But no one ever calls HIM a Mary Sue. Gee, I WONDER WHY?
@TheMultiBrony21
All good, just the way you guys are responding to each other is a little bit heated.
We do have a thread for Star Wars arguing discussion :P
