Was a bit of a pain to get the pose looking right (and it’s still not quite right; that hand on the ground…).

Was going to have her holding a katana sword, but couldn’t get it to look right, so ended up doing the lightsabre instead.

Griffins…and kissing. How do you draw this?

More importantly a griffin kissing any other creature that is beakless. That seems a bit painful.

Most likely such a scenario would be dealt with by having the characters touching tongues in some way rather than full beak to mouth/beak to beak contact. (Which would be a pain to draw too- beaks are unyielding).

Others here may have different ideas.

Ocs usually don’t have a horrible reception. If people truly hate them they just hide the tag. The majority of my art is oc art, and I almost always get 10+ upvotes and no downvotes.

Unless they’ve got an awful design it’s unlikely to get tons of downvotes. Post your oc.

I have drawn OCs before.
They usually get a low score, (especially shipping with a canon character, that’ll cause annoyance), but I’ve actually yet to get a negative scoring upload here.
(Admittedly I tend to play it safe, but I do have some very low scoring ones).

There’s 2 under my artist’ tag with negative scores, but I didn’t upload them.

Here’s a few OC doodles of mine

The BUCK OC, Britannia.

A favour one of someone’s OC, called Sea Green.
I liked the idea behind this one.

Had a daft thought.

Who won the Battle of the Bands contest at the end of Rainbow Rocks?

The Rainbooms were disqualified as a no show.

The Dazzlings got booed off the stage after losing their ability to sing in sync with each other.

So…..

Celestia: The Mane Six win!
Luna: What? The Dazzlings were better.
Celestia: The Mane Six are the good guys though.
Luna: This isn’t a contest of good vs evil.
Celestia: Yes it is, and good prevailed.
Luna: Good prevailed, but this is a contest of musical ability. The Dazzlings were much better.
Celestia: The Dazzlings cheated though.
Luna: Well, everyone cheated.
Celestia: The Dazzlings are world-invading monsters though!
Luna: Technically speaking so is Sunset Shimmer and Twilight Sparkle.
Celestia: You see, this attitude is why you’re only a vice principal. Mane Six win!
