Do you like explicit pic with MLP orginal design?

I don’t see a lot of explicit pics in this site with the art design from the original TV show. Is that because people don’t like it or because artists want to make pony pics with their own style?

The style from the original TV show is a style for a kid’s cartoon.
 
Porn artists tend to work in a style that looks overall better for porn, and it is easier to draw in your own style than to emulate their style perfectly.

I do like the explicit-but-otherwise-show-accurate pics, but they are rare. The proportions, level of detail, and line weight of the characters makes it fairly difficult to integrate “naughty bits” into them in a way that looks right. Either they’re too small (because their plots are fairly small); they’re disproportionately large (to their little plots); they’re drawn with a different line weight in order to fit and accommodate detail, and look like they were just photoshopped on; etc.
 
On the other hoof, much of what I like as the stuff that is explicit, but as reasonably close to on-model as it’s possible to make it while keeping it looking good. (Far from all though; just for a couple examples, tg-0 has a very different style of cartooniness, and Ambris’s anthro ponies are delightful even though they are not remotely show-accurate.)
 
And explicit isn’t necessarily a requirement for good porn. >>525086 is safe, but still one of the sexiest things on the site.

There’s always a range between strictly on-model and making every character look like a porn star with huge implants. I hate the latter, but some styles really don’t work with the former either. My philosophy is that it should be as faithful to the show as possible because why are you doing it otherwise?

Art is interpretation. An artist interpreting the characters through their own style is as valid as one who faithfully emulates the style on the show.
