Double Rainboom flash puppets, anyone have a reference for lip sync sounds?

What I mean is that, I need something like this:  
 
Except for the pony puppet’s frontal lip frames and side lip frames.
 
Some additional information on what frames to use as “in between” frames for words and such would be great as well but not required.
