All I have for her name is Sage… What would be a good last name for her?

Bit obvious, really. Names don’t have to be absolutely literal descriptions of the cutie mark. I think it’d be better if it was something related to her job or hobby.
 
I mean, the Mayor isn’t called Rolled-up Scroll.

His name kinda has a second layer to it. Its the “Big” part. There’s Macintosh apples, no such thing as a “big” Macintosh apple. He’s big and strong in a nutshell. So having a literal name works.
 
I can’t really infer anything from “Pestle”. It’s not a bad name. Just…simple?
