this search returns a whopping 31 images. and if we broaden the search a bit, then “twilight velvet, twilight sparkle, younger” returns 56 images
 
meanwhile, “filly twilight, princess celestia” returns 107 images. “twilight sparkle, princess celestia, younger” returns 112 images, and if you broaden the scope a even more, then “momlestia, twilight sparkle” has 259 images.
 
guys. artists. I know Momlestia is totally adorable and all, but twilight has an actual mother.
 
where’s the fanart of filly twilight with her real mother? why is there almost none of it?

Because Velvet has appeared like 3 times in the whole show, never spoken a word, and had pretty much zero interaction with Twilight.

There’s also more pictures of mama twilight and mommy chrissy. You’ll probably find more pics of Rarity or AJ being depicted as Sweetie or Bloom’s mom than pics of Twi Velvet being Twilight’s mom.
