Why won't my post show?

I’m sure there’s a simple answer, but nothing about this was mentioned on the faqs. I uploaded a pic and it’s been quite some time, yet the thumbnail will not register. Is there a reason it won’t register? It’s been long past the usual 10 seconds, actually well into 10 minutes. Will I need to upload the pic again? Will goku defeat frieza? Will twilight keep on twilighting? The world may never know. But seriously any answers?
