The End wasn't The End - Found a new home after the great exodus of 2012

The fancy hath struck me.

I’ve played all the final fantasy or dragon quest I care to. What are some good ones I have overlooked?

It doesnt have to be a jrpg even, I’ve basically done nothing with the rpg genre in awhile outside of TES, Fallout and Mass Effect (which barely counts as an rpg series)
Oh and WoW, played that for a looong time before giving it up.

Chrono Trigger is a good old school RPG, With colorful characters who were designed by Akira Toryama,

If your Cool with Star Wars, There Isn’t a bad game in The Old Republic series consisting of “Star Wars Knights of the old Republic” “Star Wars Knights of the old Republic 2 the Sith Lords” & “Star Wars the old Republic MMO” All of them are great,

There is also Jade Empire if you are a fan of Kunfu fantasy it’s a bit short bust has awesome story and characters,

Suikoden is another good series though i am only truly familiar with with number 4,

And then there is Vagrant Story, Some claim this game to be SquareSoft’s magnum opus, It has a unique combat system a large number of enemies to fight a crafting system and a dark and thrilling story,

And last but not least WILD ARMS is a great series the 3rd one in particular has the not just the best female lead in a JRPG i have ever seen, but quite possibly the best main character in JRPG history, And don’t worry She isn’t your typical emotionless action girl,

A good PS1 JRPG would be Legend of Dragoon. Severely underrated. If you have a PS3 you can get it digitally for about 10 bucks.
Grandfather Mushroom

Chrono Cross and Legend of Mana are two PS1 games that are near and dear to my heart. I’m actually playing LoM right now.

Illusion of Gaia is a QuasiRPG for the SNES (also a favorite).

SRW is a series of turn based strategy games crossing over pretty much every anime mecha, Plus a few new ones, And having them set in the same universe
