Armageddon was pretty typical ‘90s action movie schlock as far as I’m concerned. It’s fun to watch but nothing lasting for me. It was very much a product of its time.

So, anyone have a particular favorite movie they like to watch on Halloween?
 
Mine is John Carpenter’s Halloween (1978). It’s the perfect slow burn horror film, it slowly ratchets up the tension, has the perfectly timed shock moments, and a satisfying ending. To me, this film never needed and never should have had any sequels.

Forget Joker and Terminator, I am officially eyeing for this movie so bad.

I’m really disappointed that Martin Scorsese’s The Irishman is getting limited theatrical release/Netflix exclusivity.

Frozen 2 is gonna be the last movie of this year for me… and least in tema of animation, the last movie I will ever watch. You know, the sector of the animated movies, especially from Disney is pretty much infinite and it’s gonna go onward even after we’ll be all dead, and… well I guess I got enough movies, so I can just stop here. I need to focus on other things. I will revisit past animated movies from DreamWorks and Disney, but that’s pretty much it.

Looks way better than that aborted fetus that was released earlier. Movie’s still going to blow ass story-wise, though. I don’t anything can save that from happening. 20% on Rotten Tomatoes here we come!

I find it amusing that Jeremy Reiner has appeared in both the highest grossing movie of the year (Avengers Endgame), and the lowest grossing movie of the year (Arctic Dogs)

Oh boy… we’re watching The Great Wall in our Global Cinemas class. Wish me luck.

Since I liked Dunkirk, another movie about World War 2, this time about the Battle of Midway, sounds like one that I would watch in theaters.

During an update on my computer, I have seen everyone’s least favorite film on Netflix. Won’t tell ya, but it starts with an S.
