I just returned there after a year, have the people rating reviews always been so negative? It feels like no review is ever highly rated, even the well worded ones.

Well, it depends on what you’re recommending/requesting, though I’m not particularly choosy. And clarify what you mean by guest commentary.

How long is said manga? I don’t have time to really dedicate myself to a 200+ volume manga.

Probably less than 150 pages and more than 45 pages.
