It wasnt just the JL cast. There were the reports of him being terrible towards the cast of Buffy and Firefly too (particularly towards the female cast)

You’re doing the thing again where you’re making such sweeping overgeneralizations that it becomes quite obviously false at after a moment of thought.

It is not people saying they no longer want comedy in their super hero movies. It’s oversaturation, as was pointed out earlier. After Endgame, for the most part people have lost interest in the MCU not just because it no longer feels like it’s building towards anything, but because every Marvel movie has almost exactly the same tone and feel. They become interchangeable, and thus the audience no longer feels like seeing it.

Deadpool 3 is most likely safe because

If the box office of the movie suffers, it’s due to super hero fatigue as a whole, not because of the comedy.

If you wish to continue claiming it’s specifically “People no longer wanting any humor in their super hero movies”, I will need you to back it up with some pretty good sources.

If Deadpool 3 is not part of the MCU, then why is Marvel Studios involved?

Besides what do they want in the MCU? To be dark and hopeless and humorless as the DCEU? Call it generalization all you like but that’s what i think when they say that as if they don’t want it anymore.

Last time a Marvel movie got a dark tone, people HATED it. And I’m talking about Josh Trank’s Fant4stic.

Marvel Studios is involved because they own the film rights to X-Men/Deadpool now, and thus Deadpool 3, even though its not connected to the MCU, is still under the Marvel Studios banner

Also no one is saying they want to the MCU to be bleak and depressing with no humour, most people just want the MCU to learn when to do jokes abd when to tobe it down to give the more serious moments their weight

The funny thing is they are actually trying more than ever.
Not to say there all perfect of course but compared to the 90s and 00s the effort being put into game adaptations is astronomical.

She was the cheerleader from Heroes “Save the cheerleader save the world”.
The joke Taka is making is that her character’s name is Kirby hence he references the titular character of the Kirby video game series from Nintendo and how she looks nothing like a pink ball even though it says quite clearly this is Scream VI.

A) Netflix is not producing it, it’s the “soon to no longer be owned by Hasbro” eOne.
B) it has nothing to do with my worries in regards to people not liking the suit designs to the point of people not liking the season. Just like using designs as an excuse to like or not like something. Cough cough be cool Scooby Doo cough cough.

Hasbro only sold eOne, they still own the Power Rangers IP

But they’re not gonna do adaptations in-house anymore. Also they haven’t sold it yet, but unfortunately nobody cares about Hasbro like they do with Disney, Netflix and Warner Bros.

If they did, they would have rally to fire Chris Cocks and wanting eOne to stay at Hasbro rather than being sold to other companies so Hasbro can continue adapting their IPs into films and TV shows in-house rather than letting other studios license and pretend the IPs are owned by them and not Hasbro. (Imagine Netflix’s Power Rangers as the franchise name and not Hasbro’s Power Rangers)

Well, look at Rise of the TMNT and Be Cool, Scooby-Doo, the artstyle made people sleep on them that the networks cancelled them before they became loved.

Me too. The current writers have trouble getting across cohesive stories.
For all the progressive elements in the past few seasons, these are also the weakest in terms of character and plot.
Even without Saban’s or Nickelodeon’s mandates they can’t seem to break out of that shell they were encased in.

Trust me Power Rangers has had much worse

I see that as them willing to take risks with the franchise now that they aren’t binding themselves to the Sentai footage as much as they would in the past(especially the Neo Saban era)

Watched the entirety of Dino Fury not too long ago, and I thought it was great. Easily better than the entire Neo Saban seasons and even a good chunk of the Disney series(Just short of Dino Thunder and SPD, both of which are admittedly very high bars)
