untag?

How do I untag a picture that is being blocked from showing?  
that is when it says this:  
This image has been hidden upon loading this page because this image is tagged with the tagquestionablewhich is spoilered in image listings by default. To un-spoiler content with this tag,edit your content settings  
Alternatively, click the image above to reveal the image just this once.

Go to Settings and add “questionable” tag to Visible Tag List.

is there anything I can add that will just show the picture instead oh having to do all that clicking?
