Khamzat Chimaev just SMESHED Jack Hermansson, a highly ranked wrestler in a freestyle wrestling match. His grappling skills are legit scary and to think he ragdolls people bigger and more massive than him (a high-end middleweight), prolly the whole UFC welterweight divisions incl. Usman are sweating their balls off our guy! Him becoming UFC champion is Inevitable.

That’s awesome man! Boxing is a great aerobic exercise because it increases your stamina and instinct, puts your body and mind on full alert, strengthens your upper body and core, and enhance your mood out. You should also give grappling and wrestling sport a look as well, that sport makes your body achieve a new heights of untapped potentials.

Too bad the nearest biggest gym I knew around here that I was supposed to enter few months before the pandemic begun shut down during the height of these lockdowns months ago.
