I could be wrong, but I remember early in one of their supports Felix mentions that Dimitri brutally suppressed a rebellion and Felix mentioned how brutal Dimitri was in doing so, hence the name Boar Prince.
 
…which honestly makes Felix a huge hypocrite since on the same route he, along with the rest of the BLs, participate in suppressing Lord Lonato’s rebellion and putting Lonato’s militia to the sword, ironically Dimitri feels bad about supressing the rebellion…make that of what you will but keep in mind Felix is a poorly written character, least in my opinion

I saw a video of two guys talking about the BL route and theorizing that originally, it was going to be that Dimitri was going to be the main lord, but you had an option to either support him or side with Felix at the part where you are asked if you should go left or right, with audio files of Felix and Dimitri fighting each other being in the game being what started this theory.

Hm…that might make sense. Felix struck me as a character who looked like he was slightly more important than the other supporting characters, mainly because he had the most conflict with the main lord and his father was an important NPC. Buuut I’m guessing they either didn’t have enough time or realized how insufferable Felix was so they dropped the whole left or right choice

The left or right choice is still in the game, but is completely pointless and does nothing.
