it seems like Sanji’s mother was the only member of his family to be nice to him. His Father and brothers were cruel to him and his sister seemed to mostly be indifferent to him.

Luffy’s gear 4th has even more hidden potential then we realized when he first used the transformation!

|| So Big Mom can control the weather huh? That’ll make things interesting if and when Nami reveals how she does and hopefully steals some of tech. Imagine it Nami’s clima tact gets an upgrade to the point she can disseminate entire fleets.

I can see Nami gaining more power. I mean, besides her toting around Lola’s vivre card, that is.
 
Damn… I didn’t expect Sanji to try and pull a front to protect his friends like this, even if it’s gonna cost him several bruises. It’s Nami with Arlong Park all over again.

I wonder when the subs for One Piece gold will be finished?

though I’m sad that Wanda and Carrot aren’t playable.
 
Wanda Being an Assist only and Carrot’s not even in it I don’t think.

The difference is he knows that the crew can take care of themselves, it’s Zeff’s life and his hands he has to worry about. I hope during the ‘fight’ Sanji can secretly drop hints of his predicament, and Luffy/Nami can pick up what’s wrong.  
Also, Sanji shouldn’t be that surprised that Luffy’s here. He’s been on two rescue missions with his captain, he should know if something’s wrong with the crewmembers the idiot will surely come to see what’s up.

Perhaps he’s shocked that he’s made it this far into Yonko territory, combined with the known severity of his situation. He could be afraid that Luffy would blow things out of proportion on his own and get him and Nami killed. I mentioned those two alone because we know he’s unaware of the others (Brook, Chopper, Pedro, and Carrot) coming with them.
 
Speaking of, I’m sure Brook and Pedro are in deep shit at the moment, along with Jinbe and Caesar Clown.

I kind of hate whenever people hate on Oda’s new art style.
 
Or at least the gripe I always seem to here people talk about which is how all the women have the “Hour glass” shape.
 
I like the way Oda draws his characters. It’s stylized and colorful.

I think it has more to do with how the much simpler and cartoony style makes it look with the new animation
 
 
 

 
The difference is pretty jarring true but when you take into account how long this has gone and will keep going, a change is in order if they want it to still be aired without having to take a hiatus… Which doesn’t sound like a bad idea all things considered.
 
Also, people do forget how Oda’s style was at the beginning and that many used to say the same “Don’t like”.

Yeah when you are doing something for THAT LONG changing it up is something that’s probably needed.
 
Also people didn’t like the original style either? Emmm, sounds like picky folk if ya ask me.

the animation in Super, though sometimes can look weird in places and episodes, looks pretty fine. Recently the budget looks like is being increased a little too.

Of course. I mean, I like DBS’ animation, but other people shit on it sometimes.

It is not per se the animation itself, but the art style and some frames are drawn very sloppy. Pacing and movement is also less energetic as in DBZ.

I was expecting another fight amongst friends since Luffy fought Usopp in Water 7, but Luffy really has matured here. I felt so bad for Sanji when it showed how he was practically oozing tears after leaving Luffy behind.
 
That said, Sanji should be lucky that Zoro’s with the others at Wano. If he saw what happened, whoa boy, It’s either Zoro doesn’t lift a finger and berates Sanji with tranquil fury or he just steps in and unleashes the beast…

||Nah, he would’ve see through it regardless and go and tell Luffy the situation. He might be dull to a lot of things but he can be perceptive of other people sometimes. And he has been the closest to Sanji even if he were to deny it
 
Also, watching Luffy genuinely reject food and struggling not to eat in an island made out of food is going to be hilarious ||
