I really don’t think paying for sex is anything to be proud of, especially if that’s how you also lose your virginity. Most (normal) people imagine that their first time will be when they’re a) young and b) with someone they actually love.
 
I never imagined that I’d sink low enough to do it, but eventually I did. I was 27 (closer to 28) and had a 30-minute “session” with an escort in a motel room. It wasn’t with someone I loved (didn’t even know her real name) and for a long time afterwards I just felt nothing but pure shame. I’ve never told anyone IRL that I’ve done this and it hasn’t been easy to say online either.
 
Yet, some people list in graphic detail every sexual act they’ve done with everyone as a measure of e-peen, especially on 4chan.

Your first mistake is taking what’s being said on 4chan too seriously.  
Your second mistake is forgetting that people often lie about their first time to make it look closer to what everyone expect from it.
 
For what’s worth, my first time was a mess because I was bloody terrified of doing something wrong and my girlfriend was on the same boat as I. (Kissing and stuff was one thing, but going to the main event was a complete different thing for us. It took us a couple more tries to get things right.)
