Last i heard people don’t like the Main Character cuz’s he a souless Doctor Who ripoff and were annoyed he ate up all the screen time instead of the more likable characters played by better actors,

I thought it was much better than what it’s a spinoff of ._.
 
The original Harry Potter series was meh to me, but I thought this was pretty cool. I liked the main guy, Newt, especially, because a lot of his character was kind of awkward and kind of anxious but in a good way, so I thought that was cool.
 
Although I had a lot of trouble keeping up with the second half and everything
