Animated screencaps

There are some animations ripped from the show that have the screencap tag, but not all of them do. I feel that this is something that should be universal, as this tag already indicates that a particular image is taken from the show. I see no reason why it shouldn’t extend to animated images as well.

The tag should be applied to gifs directly from the show, yes. It’s not an area I can personally do much in atm given I imagine these are all from recent episodes and I’m 5 episodes behind.

I wasn’t referring specifically to any specific episode’s grabs; I apologize if it sounded complainy. It just came to mind when I was looking for a Chickadee picture and I had subtracted screencap from the search.

Not everyone thinks to tag screencap; this is true for animated and static images both. It’s easy enough to add it to images you see, though.

Usually that’s what I do, but I didn’t know if there was a reason behind it in this case. I had wanted to go through the entire booru from back to front a long time ago in a massive tagging operation because I’m insane like that, so maybe I’ll do that one day.
