Busty character tags

Is there a minimum breast size for tags such as rainboob dash, headlight sparkle, and related? I keep seeing them added to images of characters with average-sized breasts.

Not afaik. They’re very silly tags and I’m pretty sure some people add them where they shouldn’t apply just to get the tag count up for their favourite character.
 
I never notice, search for or filter the things, but IMO if it doesn’t look like double Ds or larger, tag should be removed / shouldn’t be applied in the first place.

I’ve noticed some like to add it to any image of Rainbow Dash that isn’t as flat as a washboard, for example.
 
It’s just a pet peeve of mine because I enjoy (really) large-breasted girls and watch those tags. I’ll keep the DD thing in mind.
