Question about deleted image(s)

A smaller version of this image has been on the site for several months (at a minimum) with no problems, and a few hours ago, I uploaded the larger version. (I copied all of the original tags and added a few, plus I linked to what I’m told is the source)
 
Now I can’t seem to find either one on the site, even when I turn off all filters. What happened?
 
(I know this artist was on the DNP list in the past, but he isn’t now, and none of the other images with this artist tag have been deleted.)

I need to have a chat with the mod who did that…
