Nope, doesn’t help much. Scrolling through the entire list over and over is quite a chore.
As for the wiki page, it has an edit history that displays very few comments about new additions. You can pick the first one, for example, and see that the addition of spacemarinescum is not even mentioned.
I don’t see a proper reason for this list to be sorted alphabetically. It ought to be sorted by addition time.
