Trends I notice with pony races and antagonists

Ever noticed that the most hated and meanest antagonist in the show are earth ponies? Diamond Tiara,Silver Spoon,Suri Polomare,Spoiled Rich,Coloratura’s Manager. You maybe bring up the point that almost all rich pompous types which the Unicorns in Canterlot are apart of. I would agree if it wasn’t for one thing, The Apples. Bab Seed was worse of them all when she joined up with Diamond Tiara & Silver Spoon. Applejack seams to get passive agressive when she feels like she or her friends is being wronged Such as towards Dash in May the Best Pet Win or Sassy in Canterlot Boutique.Lastly the People of Appleoosa are pretty harsh with their adversaries.
 
Unicorn are different. They tend to be fuck ups.They tend to cause trouble by intentionally or unintentionally screw up. Twilight fucked up things all the time. still even. Trixie and her fanboys (who are coincidentally unicorns too.) caused a beast invasion. Flim Flam brother’s biggest offense was ruining their own cider. Sombra is implied to have been corrupted and Glimmer decimated the timeline without trying.
 
Pegasi of Equestria are said to be from a warrior tribe, but the only Pegasus is we seen that is aggressive and anticipates fighting is Rainbow Dash. Many of the the pegasus are actually pretty friendly. Even the bullies in Cloudsdale are more generic than DT & SS. In the Hearth’s Warming story half of the Pegasus characters is literally a Pansy. Only thing Pegasus have now is the Wonderbolts which part of the EUP. Interesting how Earth is the first word of that acronym.
 
So is there an explanation for these trends?

Who are our pegasus villains? Lightning Dust, Spitfire, Wind Rider … All three egoists who cut corners to win.

Largely coincidence from my analysis.
 
The actions preformed by the earth ponies named are vary minutely effected by the factors of their race and if said race where swapped (and nothing more) so little about the pony would actually change - so much so to the point of negligible in my eyes.  
Instead of an earth pony, DT (and again nothing more is changed) is instead a pegasis, what about who DT is changed?
 
The same logic largely applys to the other pony races sans the crystal ponies who we haven’t seen a fully characterized pony of yet let alone to create demographic model of.

You’re looking at the wrong ponies. What if Trixie lost her horn, or Wind Rider his wings? They couldn’t function in their own storylines. It seems that the villains are made earth ponies unless there is some story-based reason to make them something else.
