Crime Spree (NSFW, Anthro, Grimdark)

It’s June 1st, 2015, the beginning of Summer, and an increased rate of crime sprees in Equestria. The basic thing is, there’s two sides, cop, and robber.
 
Robber (Or rapist, murderer, etc): Can do anything, can make gangs, or teams (Limit 10 per gang/team)
 
Cop (Or SWAT, FBI, CSI, etc): Can arrest criminals, have cop squads or investigation teams (10 cops per squad/team)
 
Your allowed to perform any type of crime.
