Pony Fortress 2: Changelings [Sign up/rules]

Thread Starter - ITT: We can only talk in pictures.

Location: Dodge City Badlands, Equestria. Turns out that Celestia’s and Luna’s guards have taken out the entire bunch of opposing forces in the area. The Queen of the changelings no longer has a foothold in the badlands surrounding Dodge City, or so they thought. Turns out a new wave of changelings were sent in. Their mission was to take out the defense and to outnumber the opposing forces, so that an invasion into Equestria would be possible. There’s only one problem, it’s not going to be easy.
 
This is a forum game/RolePlay with one objective. To kill off the enemy team. However there are a few catches.
 
Celestia’s Alliance (Red)  
-Goal: Survive and find the changlings before they slowly pick every single player off.
 
Changeling Empire (Black)  
-Goal: Use cunning and deception to trick the other team into killing their own, while using the night stages to slowly pick off the enemy team.
 
The game is divided into two stages. Night, and Day.
 
Night Stage:  
-Changelings pick one target to kill off from the other team. Also other Players from the other team may use any abilities that they have.
 
Day Stage: The remaining members try to find a scapegoat to lynch. If there is a majority 2/3 vote on one person, then he dies during this stage. No exceptions. Talk wisely to find who the enemies are.
 
The Classes.
 
Scout  
-Night ability: Evasion (When targeted by a changeling, one D12 is rolled. if the number is 9-12, the Scout will evade the shot.)
 
Soldier  
-Night ability: None
 
Pyro  
-Night Ability: Spycheck (Can pick one player to check to see if he/she is a changeling or not. Can only be done once per night.)
 
Demoman  
-Night Ability: Hangover (Once per game, the Demoman can witness a killing, however, he gets three names. Only one of the names is an actual Changeling.)
 
Heavy  
-Night Ability: Sandvich (When Targeted for the first time, he eats the sandvich and all damage is negated. However, if targeted a second time, he will die.)
 
Engineer  
-Night Ability: Counter (Once per game, the Engineer can build a Sentry gun. If killed, a D12 is rolled. If the number is 12, One changeling will die. This ability cannot be used when one changeling remains. The Sentry is sapped as soon as the Night ends.)
 
Medic  
-Night Ability: Ubercharge (Pick one player per night. If that player is attacked, he isn’t killed.)
 
Sniper  
-Night Ability: Assassinate (Pick one player per night and roll a D12. If you get 10-12, that player is killed.)
 
Spy  
-Night Ability: Double Agent (Once per turn, roll a D12. If 12, you get the name of a Changeling. It’s a shame you die during the next night phase if you can’t get him lynched.)
 
Changeling  
-Can kill other players during the night by calling upon a unanimous vote. Only one player can die per turn.
 
How it works.
 
Everybody is treated as if they are a Soldier. Only the player himself knows what class he is. The Changelings will know who each other are, and must PM each other to come to a final vote. There will be one Head Changeling appointed. That player will send the vote to the Administrator. If that Head Changeling dies, another one will be chosen. During the night phase, that player will become a target. After all abilities have been accounted for, the targeted player, if not saved by any means, will die. After that, the Day phase begins. It is here where you will need to post IC posts to discuss who the Changelings are. Do not RP as a TF2 class, unless your character acts like that class. During the day, each player will discuss and Cast their votes to the Administrator via PM. If one player has 2/3rds of the vote, he is lynched. The game ends when the Changelings all die, or when the Changelings outnumber the other players.
 
This thread is meant as a sign-up thread. Post your Pony’s name and a short description. You CAN use cannon characters, but you can’t have more than one of each character, even if the character is an OC.

If I might make some suggestions, I’ve played this game before in a formal setting. A lot of these roles are okay, but in these games, the ‘mafia’ already has an advantage, even if only a fourth of the players are mafia. If I might make a few suggestions, some good ways to balance this are make it so that the heroic roles actually work more often, or just make them always on, For example, the ‘charmed’ role, which you have as heavy usually just makes it so the player can’t be killed at night at all, no limits, though they can still be voted off by day. A good rule of thumb is half of the players be normal, a quarter changelings, and a quarter heroic special roles. If you want, we can discuss ideas via PM, and then come up with a finalized set of rules. Thanks!
