#3 and #2 would probably be the best ones. I’m a history buff, after all. Things set in those kinda eras are kinda my specialty. If we go with 2, I’d also like to consider the options of including more than just American and Russians as well. Mainly because… Well, Russian spies were op, and American spies were… Well, they never got to spy, because the Russian spies were so good that the Americans would often be arrested on the exact spot they arrive in Russia at, before they could even take a single step. America excelled at Intel gathering via other means, such as third parties and recon aircraft (the SR-71 Blackbird could outrun Russian SAMs, and fly higher than any Russian jet). British spies would be an interesting take, Especially since they had the absolute funniest gadgets (they literally had a watch that was a smoke bomb)

I wouldn’t be able to play a good spy(at all) but I think I could go with the flow.  
I’m not very familiar with the 1800s but I can still do the do.
 
These probably won’t include the use of beby(Tinker and his tiny bois) but I’ve probably got other fellows I can use.  
I can add a little more to worldbuilding if we needed it on #3 thanks to the cult idea(which I hope to actually use someday ^>:/)

Cults in the 19th century were often disguised as religious orders, such as church groups… especially in the United States and the United Kingdom, And even more so in British India. So I can probably work that into the main story…

It might be easier if my cult remained unrelated to these lads solely for continuity purposes. I’d rather not have to shape the medieval-renaissance point in the timeline to click with this point in the timeline. I’m no Doctor Who :P it’d be easier if they were separate

Sadly, this would all be stuck in the lockbox for now. Much as I want to get back into the flow, I am kinda busy already with a lot of stuff irl, as well as private rps. Besides… I’d probably set these up at rp repository, not derpibooru. I don’t really enjoy doing rp with ponies anymore.

Ponies have gotten somewhat stale, and making pony OCs means it’s hard to use them elsewhere(because I don’t feel like being ridiculed). This also means I’m under-equipped to go to RP Repository right now.
