#3 and #2 would probably be the best ones. I’m a history buff, after all. Things set in those kinda eras are kinda my specialty. If we go with 2, I’d also like to consider the options of including more than just American and Russians as well. Mainly because… Well, Russian spies were op, and American spies were… Well, they never got to spy, because the Russian spies were so good that the Americans would often be arrested on the exact spot they arrive in Russia at, before they could even take a single step. America excelled at Intel gathering via other means, such as third parties and recon aircraft (the SR-71 Blackbird could outrun Russian SAMs, and fly higher than any Russian jet). British spies would be an interesting take, Especially since they had the absolute funniest gadgets (they literally had a watch that was a smoke bomb)
