OOC: It’s an effect of the nutriment and oxygen interacting with the physical property of the substance rather than a stimulant in the chemical sense of it. There was of course some added ingredients but they are negligible and not an anomaly.

OOC: If everyone around was Pinkie Pie hyper, they would have noticed before. You can give a shot a creating effect for it, but they should be manageable cause a specie drink tons of that.
