The Underground.

After many years of peace Celestia was assassinated. By whom or why no pony knew but she left behind a grief stricken Luna who became paranoid and untrusting of her subjects. She ruled with an iron hoof and equestria was under martial law and over seen by the military police known as the PSE (public safety enforcers.) In as few as ten years. Now in thier grime covered and blood stained cities and with their civil rights and peace grappled upon some have chosen to rebel. And rebel they did.
