could artist:webkinzworldz’s main artist tag be changed to artist:peaceandlove26, considering that is the name of her primary posting platform’s account (Tumblr), and “webkinzworld” was used on old accounts she no longer posts on.

Can you give some examples of the posts drawn by the former?
Sure. Defenceless went inactive around 10 years ago, and had something like four pages worth of stuff. Here are a couple:
