Should there be a tag for the swamp fever trees?

Just that. I was wondering if the trees whose flowers cause swamp fever should have a tag of their own.
 
I’m not entirely certain what the policy for this sort of thing is, which is the main reason I’m asking this here. Should I just go ahead and do it, or is there some sort of formal or informal process I should know about?
