A self-driving car is going for a ride on its meatbag human slave, but a sudden brake failure keeps the human from being able to stop the chariot as a barrier blocking off half the intersection while the green light is in act.
 
Should the human:
 
A: Swerve away from the barrier, taking the lives of those that are moving along the crossdrive?
 
or.
 
B: Keep going straight and hit the barrier, taking the life of his all-powerful robotic superior passenger.

If my local council doesn’t stop tearing down non-residential for apartments, we’ll pretty soon be a city of industry with no industry, and Koffing will change its name to the name of my suburb. Seriously, for entertainment we have… A cinema. That’s it. We’ll be the City of Favela.

The high crime rate is due to prisons basically being summer camp (one place got completely destroyed, yet the inmates didn’t get punished for it… I wonder what Aussies think of Norwegian prisons…) Yet is it a coincidence that the suburbs with the highest crime rates are the ones where the only out-of-home entertainment is open parkland?

Its just a number to me. If I ever needed to get someone offended, I’d find out what their views are on controversial topics and pretend to have an opposite view. Or just have an opinion on the topic.
