I don’t think you can blame someone for their medical problems. Nobody wants to be unhealthy, even when their choices don’t reflect that. Stress or addiction are especially not something you can blame them for.
 
I’m at least sympathetic to Peet’s medical condition, since nothing she does warrants suchs a complication. I mean, she yells at people over the internet. If I could dish out chronic diseases like this one, there are worse people in this world deserving of a heart attack. Of course, I don’t expect Peet to be all lollipops and sunshine all of a sudden, and her opinionated rants won’t stop because of it. But I’d rather have that than an exploding heart.

She doesn’t have a disease… she had a heart palpatation following all the stress she’s done to herself, which she could’ve solved easily by just saying yes to the C&D from Josh. I have these kinds of things too when I get too stressed or when I’m in crowds or the temperature is too high. I just try to avoid situations like that but she seeks them. She doesn’t do anything to avoid confrontation or situations that’ll stress her.
 
Also, I’ve been talking to Brittany, Thought Bubble, and she brought up a good argument. Lily doesn’t bring up her medical history all that often. This could very well be that she is trying to guilt trip her detractors AND her fans that have been “pestering her with stupid questions”.  
If I would’ve been in her shoes then I would’ve made a post telling my followers that I have a problem with my health and that I need a break. I wouldn’t make this cringy made up chat post and let my followers ask the questions. That’s just pity baiting.  
And trust me, I’ve seen this kind of thing with these kind of people. I’ve seen someone FAKE a heart attack to try to gain sympathy and when I called them out on it, they deleted every journal and post they made around it so it was quite obvious that I was right. I do see Lily pulling this kind of shit, seeing as Patch is running to the people Lily said they couldn’t.
