I didn’t even know about the second one. Of course people are going to make a bigger deal about the one that’s actually on the show than about some OC based on a zodiac sign.

No, you believe 6 months is a long time. Not everyone is on the same wavelength as you.
 
Consider this: “Applelion” is a relatively new thing, even with the episode leak. Leo has been around for 3 years. We’ve already had our time and fun with her. So why should we continue cranking out art or fan-fics of her?
 
If you’re so bothered by Leo being ignored, deal with it.  
If you’re frustrated that we’re all fawning over Applelion, deal with it.

I decided to take a look and the last piece of artwork of Leo (my tags not blocking anything aside) was from 6 months ago. I wouldn’t exactly call that “completely forgotten about.”

that’s because a lot of people think nothing ever cool happens to Applejack… they praise her when something unique happens as opposed to a whole new character. AJ is always beautiful no matter what but a lot of people want to push towards a more different Applejack
