Barring a miracle ala Hiddink’s 83% win rate from his first stint with us, I can’t see us finishing in the top 4, so yeah absolutely agree that we need to focus all of our efforts on the CL. I’m not sure what we need in the transfer window, to be honest. A striker better than Remy who can give Costa a kick up the arse would be good.

Both PSG games will be massive for you, because quite frankly (and I think I’ve said this before to you) winning the thing is the only way you’ll get in the Champions League next season. Hopefully for you Hiddink’s record from the 08/09 season will continue and maybe you’ll have a decent transfer window as well.

Pedro has had a pretty poor season as well to be fair, but the only players that haven’t are Courtois, Zouma and Willian. Form has just not been there for us, but coming up to the PSG game would be a great time to recapture it.

Gotta wonder if it’s new manager bounce, but yeah, we played with a lot more pace and purpose today. Hazard going off so early was a worry though.

I wouldn’t worry too much. I thought after he came off Pedro did alright, plus he hasn’t performed at his best this season.

Wickham is a class player, we definitely benefited from not having to play against him. Wouldn’t mind seeing him sign for us. ;)

Yeah Wickham is brilliant. Everytime I’ve seen him play he’s impressed me. He was brilliant in the reserve fixture back in August so you definitely benefited today by him being injured. But no you can’t have him ;P

Sadly, as much as I want Chelsea to go down, it’s very unlikely they won’t. It’s a combination of them being good enough to pull through and the fact that teams like Sunderland and Villa are awful, so being serious for a sec, you’ll definitely stay up.
