Redweasel wan incorrect, but not entirely incaccurate. You do gain clothes when you go SS4.
When you use Potara earrings, your clothes become a complete fusion of what the two were wearing.
When you use the fusion dance, you gain the fusion jacket and often white gi pants.
When you go SS4, you lose all your top clothing in place of fur , and you gain pants and wristbands similar, but not exactly the same, as before you first went SS4…. Even if they were ripped to shreds prior to the transformation.
Doesn’t that appears when you do fusion? Not with the Potora earrings, but the fusion technique from Fusion Reborn.
