Sci-Twi was pretty similar to Twilight, so I’d say Human Sunset is pretty similar to how Sunset used to be too. Then again we gotta consider that was due to being Celestia’s student and it seems likely that Human Sunset isn’t part of Canterlot High so she’s never met Celestia.
 
So… perhaps Human Sunset could be more like Sunset us now, or maybe a bit of a loner who doesn’t wanna bother associating with people. I’d say Sunset will eventually leave, right now it seems like she’s staying just to make sure that the Human world will be able to handle and understand magic without her.
 
Plus wouldn’t Sunset have family or something like that she’ll eventually need to see again? With how they changed the 3rd movie’s story just a little, they either didn’t want to make Sunset stuck in the Human world, or they’re already considering bringing her back. Human Sunset could end up showing in the EQG 4 movie next year for all we know.

Ahh yes, what would a magicless, no-princess-to-learn-from Sunset be like? Twilight was easy, we thought Mad Scientist, and while she wasn’t crazy and wild, she was quite the scientist.  
What would that make Sunset? She preferred a more hands-on approach to her studies, so perhaps a field scientist? Maybe that’s why she hasn’t been around? Off galavanting and learning the secrets of the world.
 
Would she be evil? Sunset was corrupted by her ambition and desire for more power, and possibly even a feeling of betrayal from the closest thing she had to a friend/mother(?). But even before then, she seemed pretty overconfident in her abilities(though not unreservedly). Twilight wasn’t a student in Principal Celestia’s school, so despite being the mirror world, there are clear differences.  
Damn, now I REALLY wanna know. Here’s hoping the next film will explore Sunset and her homesick subplot-turned-lamppost, not to mention what kind of person she could have been if things were a little different.
 
One last thing. What is Sunset’s special talent? Is it the same as Twilight’s? Being really good with magic?

I’d like her to visit Equestria, though her “home” is now the EQG world.  
Im curious about the original sunset though, since she’s from Equestria there’s another version of her that somehow nobody has bumped into yet.  

Sunset is in a weird place where a lot of fans, both us and the actual demographic, want her to go home…but if she did, then why watch Equestria Girls? She is, and I am now only speaking for myself, the biggest reason to watch those films. A yearly 70 minute adventure with Sunset (and friends).
 
….so can we finally get the beach episode in MLP, and have it be the one where Sunset comes back?
