Well, I think you encouraged me and I’ll try to write something tomorrow. Probably my idea of Shining getting tickled by a newly promoted royal guard…

Well, here goes nothing. One written-on-the-spot foot fetish fic coming up!
 
As a Royal Guard, Shining had been taught how to deal with all sorts of ordeals. He’d learned of the importance of staying calm under any sort of pressure, of remaining level-headed amid even the worst of conflicts. So why, then, was being tickled on his feet enough to reduce him to a drooling, giggling wreck?
 
Well, that answer was simple; for all his buff masculinity, Shining simply had the softest, girliest feet you’d ever be likely to see on a stallion. Lacking any roughness or hairiness, they were smooth and soft little works of art. They were rather small for a stallion, too, only going up to a size eight, which just made them even cuter to look at.
 
Being as sensitive as they were, Shining’s soles were his Achilles’ heel, as the changeling before him had discovered to her great delight. Chrysalis had spent the past ten minutes poking, prodding, tickling, teasing and playing with Shining’s feet, while the poor guy could do nothing but wriggle and laugh helplessly. Every poke and prod seemed to knock his velvety soles’ sensitivity up a notch, like turning up a dimmer switch, her antics slowly growing more and more unbearably stimulating. Chrysalis, of course, had noticed this for herself. It delighted her to see Shining giggle and squirm, to see those adorable little toes start wiggling whenever she trailed a finger down or planted a kiss on those cool, smooth soles.
 
“I just don’t get it,” Chrysalis said, shaking her head in mock disbelief. “Feet this soft and adorable just can’t belong to a stallion, can they?” She grinned mischievously. “I think further investigation is in order…” She started to tickle Shining’s soft soles with renewed vigour, setting him off laughing once more.
 
“Oh no! Please, no more! Ple-hehehease, have me-hehercy!” Shining squealed, tears of mirth streaming down his cheeks as he felt his ticklish tootsies’ torment continue unabated. And yet, even as he begged Chrysalis to stop, a small part of him hoped she wouldn’t.

Well… depends where. When he, for example, walks around Canterlot, I prefer flip-flops, but if it’s somewhere inside - I’d pick barefoot.

Eeeeyup, his should show his soft feet in public. But well, I’d give some good thousands of bits to see him slowly taking off socks just to make us watch and take care of those royal soles. Or maybe it would be a great reward for some of the best royal guards to massage their captain cute feet?

I know what you mean. With feet as cute as those, I reckon Shining should be made to either go barefoot or wear flip-flops from now on. That way, his feet can always be on display for everyone to enjoy!
