I thought the dazzlings are suppose to be bigger? When we saw Star Swirl the Bearded sent them to the other dimension, they seemed bigger compared to his size and his friend’s size.

I don’t know why the Sirens/Dazzlings are the same size as the ponies. Well read Legends of Magic Issues #7 and #12 and watch Rainbow Rocks and Shadow Play part 2. You can see that their siren forms are bigger than ponies. And I agreed that their human forms are smaller than their true forms.

I’ve always felt that the more they sing to people, and get that green negative energy fart gas stuff from ponies/people, the more power they get.  
And with more power I guess they get more magical abilities, like floating around on dry land.  
So I guess its only logical they started out in the ocean singing to passing by ships like typical sirens, but now they are expanding their ambitions to dry land.  
Btw I still haven’t read this whole comic yet, hopefully I’ll get a chance this weekend to read all of these fiendship is magic comics.
