If you read my comments about what everyone has been like to Sunset Shimmer in Rainbow Rocks, you’ll understand she had been in the friendship path, but she should always be a decent and honest person, with good wishes for the happiness of others.  
But if she seeks only self satisfaction like last time, then one should perhaps not approach ashram of friendships.
 
I hope I made this cleared up… of only spoilers….

Everyone has been like this to Sunset Shimmer:
