Well, I mean “pester” in a playful sense. He doesn’t have much visitor activity, perhaps he wouldn’t mind someone saying hi… or something, I dunno. Not really serious about “pestering” him, though I’ll see if he’s posted any explanation of his lack of updates.
 
…Wish someone would pester me to update my stories, to be honest. It actually does help me. Lets me know people care.

Nah, pestering does no good. If anything, it’d decrease the odds of the story being finished.

Oh yeah. While this ship is both romantic and hot as hell, it was pretty nice seeing the consequences explored and discussed in a realistic and thoughtful fashion. I definitely want to see it finished… at least the author is still around rather than having dropped off Fimfiction like some other authors of incomplete stories… perhaps I should join in pestering him…

Winter’s child is the absolute pinnacle of all Sparklecest stories, and the way that it incorporates the events of LTPiaP and CR and plays it all seriously is pure genius. I hope that it gets finished someday.

That one’s on my to-read list, I should get around to it. My personal favorite as far as TwiShining stories is the Complicated Relations / Winter’s Child series, which themselves were inspired by “Like Two Peas in a Pod” and which consider that story canon.
 
Mmm, so much TwiShining love and sex! Not surprising, if they weren’t related they’d practically be the fan-favorite couple, I’d wager. The writers definitely sell their relationship as being quite close…

Admittedly that plot point doesn’t become a factor until late in the story, but the author’s love of Sparklecest is undeniable.

Darn right, and you’re not the only one with that idea. I’ve seen at least once fanfic where a major plot point is the fact that Twilight and Shining have all three types of love for each other. ^_^

What’s more adorable and perfect than a combination of love as friends, love as family, and love as lovers? :3 That’s actually why I ship the two, they already have connections on so many levels that if you introduce romance, they just about have every form of love there is.

This comic had some of the most shitty, awful, atrocious, stupid, and mind-meltingly annoying dialogue I have ever read in my life.
